About I Vote School Choice
I Vote School Choice is a program of School Choice Vermont PAC. IVSC is a Vermont 2010 election season voice for parents, grandparents, community members and educators who support School Choice as an important vehicle for continuing and increasing our strong student outcomes. By working together to inform candidates and voters, School Choice will become part of this election season's issues.
A broad definition of School Choice is PARENTS making the decision about where their child will attend school, and money following the child to the school that best fits that child's needs. School choice has a 140 year history of success in 90 Vermont towns.

School Choice Vermont PAC is a registered Political Action Committee, and cooperative effort by Angelique Lee and Retta Dunlap, two diverse and complementary voices in the Vermont School Choice movement. We know that by bringing the full range of parent and community voices together, more candidates will understand and address school choice during the election.
Retta Dunlap has long advocated for home school, education, and parental rights issues in Montpelier, working with such groups as Vermonters for Better Education, Vermont Home Education Network, and EdWatch Vermont.
Angelique Lee created the non-partisan parent organization School Choice Vermont in spring 2010 to help parents advocate for continued unrestricted access to public and independent schools for their tuitioned students.
